I am using the RF Blockset in MATLAB R2021a to access the Continuous Wave Source block with the output power set to 10 mW. I connect this to an "Outport" sensor set to an output in 'Magnitude and Angle Baseband'. However, when I read the sensor data to a scope, it displays as 100 mW.

The "Outport" block output is a power wave with units V/sqrt(ohm) or sqrt(watt). This is true when the output is 'Complex baseband', 'In-Phase and Quadrature Baseband', or 'Magnitude and Angle Baseband' . Thus, the power is (Mag)^2. If you add a "Square" block following the 'Mag' output, you will get the desired output reading.
