Integrating Matlab and Biopac (Acknowledge)

I am running an experiment where I am using the Bionomadix Wireless device by Biopac. The experiment's code is in Matlab. I want some command/code in Matlab which will start the Acknowledge software and collect data and then again stop. Basically, I want to collect the psychophysiological data for certain times of the experiment and not all. There's similar code for EyeLink eyetracker but I cannot find one for Biopac. Thanks.
