How to convert current signal into an array

Hey attached is a current signal i have from 5-10 second. I want to take its values at certain timepoints say 0.1 s interval for eg. and turn into an array/vector so in this case it would be 50 units long, so i can input it into a matlab file and perform operations on it. How do i do this?
