How do i convert this equation to a MATLAB code? G is a Meijer function.

c = 0.5*[0,1];
d = 0.5*[-zeta.^2,-zeta.^2+1];
z = 4*gamma.^2.*A0.^2.*hl.^2./(sigman.^2.*alpha.^2.*beta.^2);
Pe = 2.^(alpha+beta-4).*zeta.^2./(pi^1.5*gamma(alpha).*gamma(beta)).*meijerG(a,b,c,d,z)
