Merging Matrix third deminsion

I have a Matrix, Shape (1x841x681).

Basically I need to make a new matrix that is 841x681. This needs to be done so that the 681 layers are listed vertically in the sheet below eachother. e.g. top line = Shape(1:841,1:1) second line Shape(1:841,2:2) and so on. Basically the 681 lines need to be stacked below each other instead of being a 3rd dimension. I'm quite new to matlab so as much detail as possible would be helpful :)
