Image Compression of 512 x 512 using SVD

Choose your favorite image of size at least 512x512. Apply SVD compression with 3, 10, 20, and 40 top singular values and vectors. Plot your original image and the compressed ones. Also make a table with relative errors and compression ratios for each of the images.
