on grid solar panel

I have designed the solar panel seeing the ieee papers and it seems to wrk properly wen simulated separately..,, Bt wen integrating to grid I receive loop errors.. Please smeone help me solve this.., if anyone have the model of the pic attached pls do send tht also..

Please refer to simulink example on grid connected PV system. It is already provided in MATLAB 2014.
