Keep caught floating license

Dear all,

In our organisation we are developing a tool which uses Matlab from a web UI. Our IT department has a floating license in a server which is shared between all users.

Our tool uses Matlab several times before finishing the total computations. Between these intermediate computations any other user can take the floating license and then our tool will fail the next time wants to access to Matlab. We want to prevent this scenario where any other user in our company takes the floating license while we know that our tool will use it. When we are using our web-tool we would like to catch the floating license and do not leave it until all our computations using Matlab has finished. Then we know that in the meantime of the computations no one would take the floating license. Once finished the computations our tool will free the floating license. Then it will remain available for any one to use it.

We would like to know if this is possible or if it is possible any work around to achieve this behaviour.
