how can i build logic in simulink model when statement is if output >=1 then the input should change its value to 0. by using feedback control loop system?

suppose (0,1,2,3,4) are switches, if my output come as 1 then the feedback should go to switch 0.

I see the piecewise function as the mathematical equivalent to the logic. For example:
x = linspace(-3, 3, 6001);
s = 1 - heaviside(x - 1);
plot(x, s), grid on, ylim([-0.5 1.5])
Otherwise, you can also use the block that is similar to if-else statement.
