How to decrypt and decompose a hash value of an image?

I have found an encrypted image hash by using the formula S=[(S'+X2) mod 256],were X2 is a randomly generated row vector containing 48 random integers in [0,255] ,generated from a secret key K2. Now I want to decrypt and decompose the hash value to obtain the value of S'.Can any one suggest any methods for the same .
