Instances interfere with each other in a simulation of subsystem reuse.

I tried model references, linked libraries, copy and paste to reuse the subsystem. I created two instances and simulated them, but they seem to interfere with each other and the data undulates. What are the possible causes? The subsystem contains data store memory and a C-Function block. Do these require special settings? Thank you.

The most straightforward approach is to use model reference. I suggest trying this again and if you have problems post your model.
