The error is occurring because the installer is unable to extract .zip file packaged with the installer. These are the possible resolutions that may fix the installation error you are facing:

1. Please verify that you have read, write and execute privileges on the destination folder.
2. It is possible that your anti-virus software marked this as a false positive. In this situation, you will need to disable the anti-virus software and run the installer again.
3. Please ensure you have enough storage to accommodate the installation, installer and some temporary files that the installer may need to create.
