This is a known issue, and has already been fixed for R2023a.

At the moment, you can manually edit and insert the serial date number 738692 into the "holidays" function where it belongs in the long assignment statement. Please be sure to insert it correctly, just after Memorila Day, 2022 (738692 is the serial date number equivalent of datetime(2022,6,20), i.e., datenum(datetime(2022,6,20)) = 738692).
