How to find intersection points in a graph?

Hi everyone. I would like to print in the workspace only the x and y coordinates of the intersection points. For intersection points I mean the points that intersect at least three segments. Could you help me?

P.s. I would like to make the procedure as automated as possible, since I have to repeat it for different graphs similar to this one posted
