I'm very much new to MATLAB and i need some help in solving the above equation. I've used 'for' loop for simple summation before, but i'm confused on how to use that approach to solve the above equation.
In the above equation i know the values of A,B,C,a,b,c,Alpha,Beta,Gamma,J,J' and mu_0.
Any help is much appreciated.

Looks like you just start from the inside out writing nested loops after building functions (probably internal/nested/anonymous?) for the pieces-parts for v,w,r,mu.
In theory, it looks like one could make ndgrid evaluate but at 6 dimensional I'd surely not tackle it that way first, methinks...

Looks like the equations are displayed in the typewriter typeface. The paper could be from the 60's – 70's.
I recognize the symbol in this term as the magnetic permeability of free space.
If are the forces, then the problem might have something to do with the Magnetomotive force.
Sometimes, if you give a brief explanation about the equations and you will get better responses.

Hi Rahul,
As per my understanding you have equations which involves summation and you want to solve those equations.
There are multiple workarounds that you can try
  1. The symsum function can help with the summation in MATLAB
  2. You can explore Simulink, where we can build a model from the equations we have and there you can use the sum block for summation.
