Matlab crashes continously while I try to use, after a while it goes down

Probably my laptop is the problem, but I am working with version R2021b and every time I open Matlab, my laptop is overheating and after a while Matlab crashes. Do you have any clue what it can be? Thank you so much for any help.

In order to workaround this problem, try the following solutions:

• Install the latest update of MATLAB R2021b by pressing Help > Check for Updates in Home tab.
• Launch the MATLAB with "nojvm" tag in command line.
