image processing from up-right to down-left

Could anyone answer me is it possible to process an image from up-right to down-left ? If yes could you tell me how to writing a function (for example to add or delete pixels in any location) using matlab ?

It's possible, but to get a good answer it would be worth explaining what you actually want to achieve. It's hard to imagine why the processing needs to start at one corner rather than another. Also, adding and deleting pixels doesn't make sense because the grid of pixels must remain rectangular. You must mean some other operation - can you explain what it is please?
