problem in finished difference method

I need help. I have a problem with the finished difference method.

I'am trying to find the Matlab code for the following system :

{-u"(x)+c(x)u(x)=f(x) in I=]0,1[, u(0)=0 et u'(1)+v u(1)=1,

when v in R, f and c are a continues and positive functions in [0,1].
