How to normalise time series data to create synchronisation between sensors?

Hello, I have 2 inertial sensors producing euler angles but seemingly at different frequencies.
I need to syncronise them. I have used linear interpolation to normalise the data to a fixed number of points.
%% data as x
Nx = size(x,1);
xc = [x;x(1,:)];
y = interp1(0:Nx, xc, (0:8000)*(Nx/8001));
%%
I then ran a cross correlation function to check the data are well aligned. They are, zero lag gives the best correlation.
Despite this visually they do NOT looked synchronised.
Both have time stamps but these are not identical as the data is from different sampling frquencies.
How do I go about synchronising these?

Many thanks for this.
The result does indeed provide vectors of the same length, however it has produced a suspicious flat line in the data that isn't there in the orginal data.
