How to change the 1x1 Stack output into a array form?

I am trying to get the result from this 1x1 Stack as Picture 1 shown. I need the velocity in an array formate so I can do a plot. How can I pull the velocity out off this Stack? The Stack detial showed in Pic 2.

You can try using the "unstack" to perform this
