plot contours for pressure on surface points defined by z,y and z corrdinates

I want to plot the pressure contours on aerofoil surface, this surface consists of nodes lying on the surface. Each node location is defind with x,y,and z coordinates. Is it possible to plot the pressure contours on the surface using inputs x(x-coordinate),y(y-coordinate) and z(z-coordinate) and the corresponding pressure value (p).If I have 1000 node on the surface, so length of all inputs are array 1*1000.

The data are very big files and they are stored as .mat files. All of the variables (x,y,z,p) are having the same length.
