image quality analysis

is there any alternative method of comparing a deblurred image with a blurred image rather than just finding the PSNR and ISNR values of the two images for comparing it...

i have to compare the deblurred image quality and i need an effective quality analysis method...

The comparison of 2D values as images depends on the scientific topic. If the images are photos of human faces processed for printing, the mean square error can be useful. For dejamming of photos take from galaxies by a telescope, the maximum peak error and minimal distortion can be more important. There is no simple method to decide, which norm is the best for a certain job.
