I receive error mesage using Gigecam

Hi, I've Flir Termal Camera. I installed GigeVision and Tool Box. But when I want to acquire my camera I receive an error mesage:
Camera failed to start. This could be due to a bad camera state, try power cycling the camera.
Any help or suggestion?
