Simulate with I/O Data Recorded from SoC Device - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com) Record RF Signals

I want to replace the RF with a third party Analog-to-Digital Converter.

How can I get a block corresponding to my ADC device ?

How can I transform the data captured by my ADC device to my ZCU102?

Any help is much appreciated!
