converting Matrix to Structure

Hi I am currently working on a vehicle model. I have the distance as the output which is a 1x800 double matrix and corresponding time(1x800). I need to use it as the input to the 2nd vehicle in order to simulate a vehicle following model. For that I need to convert my distance(output) so that it looks like a signal builder form (structure) i.e. like a throttle command input. I have no idea how to do that. Any suggestions.
