Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error when opening Matlab R2012b

Hello I installed Matlab R2012b and when I try to open it I got that message" Runtime error Program: D\bin\win64\Matlab.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way . Please contact the application's support team for more information "

Please, help to solve that problem. Thanks ( I am using Windows 7)
