Heat Excahnger TL Modeling Liquid Cooling

I want to build a Liquid Cooling system in Simscape and im wondering if i do it right. I want a Thermal Liquid to flow through a camber to tranfer heat from a component to the thermal liquid to cool the component. I want to control the temperature/heatflow later on on both sides(heat dissepated by electrcal components and heat removed my the flowrate of the thermal liquid and a second heat excanger.
