I remember I once used matlab to view Timeseries date with Zoom, pan capability along the timeline.But coming to matlab after a pause I could not remember which tool it was ? does any body know it? It opens a new window where I can load and manupulate timeseris data.

This is R2013a. Now I tested something new (to me): the &nbsp tstool. &nbsp However, the zoom and pan button are very similar. Code from documentation:
load count.dat;
count1=timeseries(count(:,1),1:24);
count1.Name = 'Oak St. Traffic Count';
count1.TimeInfo.Units = 'hours';
Obtain time of maximum value and add it as an event:
[~,index] = max(count1.Data);
max_event = tsdata.event('peak',count1.Time(index));
max_event.Units = 'hours';
% Add the event to the time series:
count1 = addevent(count1,max_event);
% Replace plot with new one showing the event:
tstool( count1 ) %%<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Yes exactly, it was tstool. Unfortunately it has been removed in r2014. In r2013 it reads "tstool will be removed in a future release.
To create a time series object, use timeseries. To create a time series collection with one or more timeseries objects, use tscollection. To open a time series object or collection in the Variables editor, use openvar. To plot a time series object, use plot. tstool(sldata) and tstool(ModelDataLogs,'replace') have been removed. To view logged signal data, use the Simulink® Simulation Data Inspector instead."

Thank you for the quick answer. I did not know that I can also zoom and pan from the plots. But actually the one I used was a specific window just for Timeseries data, it includes event addition, Descriptive statistics etc
