How i can i design hollow square wave inverter?

I want to design 12kHz Hollow Square Wave Inverter.

Things to do at the design stage:

-Triangle wave oscillator application

-Semiconductor driving with optocoupler

- capacitor selection suitable for switching frequency and load

- obtaining DC voltage to feed optocouplers and opamps from 220V AC mains voltage

I was not successful in setting up and running the circuit

The switching frequency of 12kHz can be decided by the frequency of the triangle waveform. You can use saw tooth block and then convert into an equivalent triangle block.
