Detect peaks in simulink

I have the following signal as an input in simulink and my goal is to detect its peaks.

Which would be the best block to detect peaks in simulink?

why not do it with a matlab script ? there are tons of code already available for that purpose - whereas I doubt that there is a ready to use simulink block for that job
