How to read a sensor using I2C

Hi,

I have a problem reading Arduino Serial Monitor output values ​​using Simulink 2018a. All I have done is upload the following Arduino code to the Due board and read the sensor values.

Now I want to get the output value to Matlab Simulink. I also try some methods. But they did not work (listed below). Can anyone help me solve this problem?
