I am doing a major project on counting the number of people entering into a room using a camera.Please send me the code regarding that.Please help me in resolving this.

This is done by functions in the Computer Vision System Toolbox: http://www.mathworks.com/products/computer-vision/features.html#object-detection-and-recognition
