I created a s-funciton in a subsystem in the Simulink. Error: (the s-function part)has an invalid sample time.

Error: (the s-function part) has an invalid sample time. Only constant (inf) or inherited (-1) sample times are allowed in the asynchronous subsystem.
How can I deal with this? Someone can help me ?
