Connection Failed in hardware setup

I need to use HDL Coder and Embedded Coder for my Zynq board. I did install the following hardware support packages.

• HDL coder for Xilinx Zynq
• Embedded coder for Xilinx Zynq
• Simulink Coder
• Matlab coder

After installing, try to do the hardware setup.

It writes the image into the SD card but while verifying I am getting connection failed message and i am not able to test the netwrok connection.

I did the hardware setup with the following scenarios also,

• Using Ethernet USB 3.0 dongle
• Connecting both host PC and Zynq board via Router
• Connecting Both Host PC and Zynq board via common LAN
• Given Static IP address to the Zynq board used

But still getting the same error, Activation connection Failed.

I am using UBUNTU 18.04 version and I need to do the network connection in the same.

I'm having the same problem with a Xilinx ZedBoard. It passes the Host IP address configuration and the host-hardware connection, but fails on 'Test hardware memory transaction'.

I can open the ZedBoard on FireFox using the ZedBoard IP address, and it shows the two directories of the image that was written on the SD Card.
