simulink compile error： binfo_mdlref.mat: Invalid argument

1. there is no "binfo_mdlref.mat" or "mdlref" code in whole simulink project.
2. there is no configuration "mdlref" in the whole simulink project.
3. matlab version check right.

so how to solve?

error message as following:

无法写入文件 D:\matlab_proj\battery_system_matlab\Battery_System_R2020a\work\slprj\sim\Battery_Model\tmwinternal\binfo_mdlref.mat: Invalid argument。
