Without Admin privilges you cannot write to the Programs folder - and this is a good idea.

Copy the file mexGPUExample.cu from the folder to a folder, which you have access to.

Yes, but I just run the example in the folder without some changes. If I move the file, it needs more files to move and there are many errors.

And if you make a modification to the original example files and make a mistake doing so, you could make it impossible to get back to those original example files.
