powerline network with branches

Hi all, i am working on powerline communication,over a cable that has N branches. i have a difficulty to find the overall capacity with (or not) an optimized power. can anyone help me please? which power to use for each branch? and noise? should they be divided by the number of branches or what? any support would be appreciable, BR
