I MADE A SIMPLE ON-OFF APP(IN MIT APP INVERTOR). BUT THERE IS A 30 SECOND DELAY IN CHANGING FROM ON TO OFF Spontaneously

Are you using a ThingSpeak account with the free tier?
If so, a channel can only be updated every 15 seconds or less frequently. Perhaps the frequency of your updating a ThingSpeak channel using MIT app inventor is too high for the type of ThingSpeak license you have?
