loading/Importing a Large ".csv" file in MATLAB ?

I want to upload a single ".csv" file with the size of 35 GB at once in MATLAB. I'am using I5 PC with 8.00 RAM memory. Please, I need an adivce (about hardware, software, functions, HPC, etc) what should I do to opent this file. Its should be noted that I need to process this file in a single block (not small chunks). Thanks.
