Optimization problem - integer constrained optimization?

Dear All,

I need a suggestion regarding choosing optimization tool, also MATLAB or Mathematica?

I have a problem with (1) Discrete constraints (2) Many local maxima (3) Integer problem (4) One or many fitness function

I have to find the global maxima. Any suggestion please.
