ipcam function error connect with camera hikvision

I am using MATLAB 2021a . I have 2 ezviz and hikvision camera . It is ok ipcam ('rtsp://ip:port, username , password') with ezviz camera. But with hikvision is not working . While I user open-cv python then two camera done good . Anyone help me , Please Thanks for helping me.

may be use Chrome to open the camera's web interface, set the RTSP Authentication to digest/basic
