Housing Price Prediction using Time series Tool

Hi, I am trying to predict housing prices using time series tool, i have several questions. Hope you can help. The following are my questions:

1) How do i know whether my results are good enough to stop the training? 2) How do i run the script that i have generated? I see this "??? Undefined function or method 'Simple' for input arguments of type 'char'." when i clicked run. 3) Will i be able to predict other housing type questions using the script that i have generated?
