Creation of vector in Simulink with Index and length provided

If I have a Index = 8 and Length = 3, then I need to create a vector in simulink model as [8, 7, 6]. If the change the Length = 4, then the output should be a vector of [8, 7, 6, 5].
Anyone can help me to solve this. I tried "For Iterator Subsystem" and "MATLAB Function" blocks, but could not create this vector
