FMCOMMS2 real time configuration

Hi,

I saw it's possible configure the ADI FMCOMMS2 board through ADI's IIO GUI. I was wondering if its possible to incorporate FMCOMMS2 in Simulink in order to configure it in real-time through the FPGA HW or embedded SW on the Zedboard. For example changing the attenuation levels, filter coefficients, over-sampling, etc.
