Unable to remove jc_0531 warning

I am doing a model advisor check on the stateflow model i have made, I am unable to remove this error even after making changes.

As its the requirement to remove this warning, if some one can help it would be great.

move State_Five little down from Initital_State it will solve jc_0531.
