Matlab 2019a simulink crashed when run

I´m working with Windows 10, 64 bits-conputer. I use the S-fucntion to call C-funciton. The C-flie is complied sucessfully, but when I run the simulink, it crashes. I have debugged the code and find the that when I comment out the code about F77_CALL, such as //F77_CALL(dgemv)("n",&n,&n,&ftwo,Qf,&n,dptr1,&ione,&fzero,dptr,&ione); the simulink will no longer crash. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
