count circle objects in app designer

I wonder how to count circle objects in app designer. I tried to use the same code as I normally used in normal file but it seems like it does not work the same way as using app designer.

You forgot to read the posting guidelines:

which means you didn't know you were supposed to include your code and image. So give us the script where your image analysis works, and then the mlapp file where you put it and it doesn't work. Also give us the image with the circles in it. Only then can we give a good answer.
