Audio Toolbox License checkout failed, Error -39.

I've already installed the Audio Toolbox in my R2019b, however, everytime time I try to use the function within it, show the error message in below.

I'm calling the function from Audio Toolbox, but the error always shown I don't have "Audio_System_Toolbox".

Please help me fix it, thank you.

License checkout failed.

License Manager Error -39

User/host not on INCLUDE list for Audio_System_Toolbox.

Contact your License Administrator to review the Options File.

Please note that, “License Manager Error –39" indicates that you are logged into your computer as a user who is not authorized to use the license.

For Network licenses that utilize an Options File to administer the licenses, users who are not included for a licensed product are denied access. Please go through the link below provided by MathWorks Support Team about error -39:
