Hi Wan Ji,
I'd be happy to refer you to a MathWorks position. I got my referral from someone who observed me answering questions on MATLAB Answers back in 2011 when it first started and I was in grad school and it was a big part of my resume.

Mathworks hires more than programmers.
For one thing, they have staff who know about recent research in an area, and have a good grounding on what is important in the topic field, and can guide the programmers in creating new features or new helper applications ("apps") that can make it easier for people involved with the field to do their work.
One of the most important aspects about being a PhD or reseacher, is knowing what to do.
For example, I could say, "Computation Mechanics, eh? Is there a MATLAB-based soil simulation program that includes quantum effects?" and although you might potentially have the skills to program such a thing, is it something that would get used ? If Mathworks were to decide that Computational GeoMechanics was a worthwhile market, then what do people in that topic need to have done? I know there are important computational analysis of concrete ( very important building material!), but how similar would that be to a hypothetical soil simulation that includes quantum effects? Same field, different field?
Sure, it helps to be enough of a programmer to get by to work at Mathworks, but there are positions where knowledge of STEM topic is a lot more important.

Those really ARE staff. Anyone with Staff label actually gets their paychecks from the Mathworks. It's not like someone like me can accumulate enough points and earn the "Staff" badge.

@Wan Ji, they're always hiring, so find a job on the career page and apply for it. You can certainly note your participation in this forum on your resume/CV. Then they'll review your application, along with all the rest of the applications that were submitted, and if you're a top candidate among submissions for that job you'll probably get contacted for a more in-depth interview. Good luck. If it's like my company, you have to apply for a specific job posting -- you can't just apply to the company in general and say you'll take any job whatsoever or expect them to find one for you.
