Model an Atwoods Machine

I am trying to model an atwoods machine in simmechanics, 2nd generation with a monumental lack of success., both of my blocks just drop as if the were not attached, does anyone have any suggestions for how to connect two blocks with a pulley?

The Pulley Block is very useful for these kinds of systems.
